What's Womb Yoga? 
Womb Yoga is a blend of physical poses, lunar flows,  subtle breathing exercises and guided meditations to restore feminine energy. This practice tunes you into the “river of life” - flowing from the heart to your womb. Relieve menstrual ailments by slow movement, pelvic work and self massage. Helpful for those looking to increase fertility, feminine energy tunes you into your own source of creativity, reduces stress and instills trust and faith.  Womb yoga fosters a deep sense of intuitive movement as it prepares your body for birth and helps you recover postpartum by providing nourishment so you can heal from the inside out. This practice offers womb wellness for all. 

Learn guided movement so you can connect to your pelvic bowl, strengthen your center, open your heart and ease your worries. 
  Tap into your steadfast intuition, lengthen your spine to stand a bit taller, open your hips to receive without fear, 
​release lower back tension and​ let yourself fully r e l a x.
