Intuitive Yoga Mondays 5:45-6:45pm
Intuitive Yoga is a slow flow class, for beginners and experienced yoga practitioner alike. Use movement and meditation to find your own source of intuition. Practice a series of poses to get back into your body for heightened awareness and expect to feel nourished and aligned by the end of your session.
